Are you a dynamic and technically strong operations professional? We are looking for an outstanding Supply Chain Manager to join one of London’s most exciting startups.
VINAYA is a vibrant technology startup based in Shoreditch, creating ‘smart’ (i.e. electronic) and well-designed products. Our mission is to better understand the relationship between humans and technology in order to design products that enhance well-being in the digital age.
Our first product range was ALTRUIS, a collection of designer wearable technology that lets users filter their smartphone notifications. Our second product, AX, will hit the market in November and we’ve also delivered a success crowdfunding campaign for our third product, ZENTA.
We are a young, innovative, and fast-growing family of curious minds, representing 18 countries and speaking over 30 languages collectively. The team is made up of hardware engineers, software engineers, data scientists, product designers, neuroscientists, strategists and creatives. As technologists, we strive to create solutions that are less obtrusive, beautifully designed and rooted in scientific insight.
Our home is VINAYA House, a 3-storey building in the heart of trendy Shoreditch. We champion daily mid-afternoon ‘silence’ breaks to switch off, Friday drinks, and team lunches.
Manage daily supply chain operations and tasks
Grow and develop a team that supports the sales team in the sales process
Own the hand-over between product development and procurement
Develop and work with KPIs
Manage and improve the ERP system
Improve the fulfilment process
Minimum 5 years experience in a Supply Chain/Operations role
Previous experience of managing and scaling a team
Intermediate excel and data reporting skills
Excellent IT and accounting software skills
Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and a passion to deliver top quality work
Excellent communication skills and an outstanding attention to detail
Previous experience within a startup, consumer electronics and/or a supply chain and production heavy company
Skills in Xero, Unleashed, Salesforce and Netsuite
Outgoing and sociable
